Terms of Service
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Hibi for using the Hibi iPhone app, the service behind it, and gethibi.app. By using Hibi you agree to them. Please read them with the Privacy Policy, which says how your information is handled.
The beta
Hibi is an invite-only beta. It's free while in beta, and it changes often: features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Before anything is charged, plans and prices will be announced, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your phone and sign-in secure; you're responsible for what's done with your account. You must be at least 13 to use Hibi, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms.
What Hibi does for you
Hibi is an AI assistant. It can answer from what it knows about your days, and, when you ask, act for you: call a business, make a booking, add to your calendar or reminders. Hibi asks before it spends, sends or books anything, and you're responsible for what you approve. Check the details it shows you before you say yes.
AI can be wrong. Hibi may misremember, misread, or give answers that are incomplete or out of date. Don't rely on it for anything where a mistake could cause harm, and it isn't a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Hibi sends no notifications, so don't rely on it alone for anything you must not miss at a set time; put those in your iPhone's Reminders or Calendar too.
Using Hibi fairly
Don't use Hibi to break the law, to harass, deceive or harm anyone, to have it call or contact people who haven't agreed to it, to get at other people's information, or to interfere with the service or try to get around its limits. Hibi may decline requests, and may suspend accounts that do these things.
Your content
What you put into Hibi (your conversation, notebook and anything from your phone you choose to share) stays yours. You give Hibi permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can export it or have it deleted at any time.
Other services
Hibi works with services run by others, such as Apple, Google, Anthropic, Google Maps, Retell, Tailscale and the businesses it calls or books for you. Their own terms apply to them, and Hibi isn't responsible for what they do.
Ending
You can stop using Hibi at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to [email protected]. Hibi may end the beta, or your access to it, with notice where possible; if it does, you'll be able to export your notebook first unless the law or safety prevents it.
No warranty
Hibi is provided as it is, during a beta, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It may have errors, be unavailable, or lose information, so keep your own copy of anything important (export your notebook from the app).
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hibi isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by actions you approved, by other services, or by the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't let anyone take away.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with it; anything that matters is also said in the app before it takes effect. Using Hibi after that means you accept the new terms.
